EQUIP Terms & Conditions

- EQUIP Credits must be used within 60 days of purchase or they will expire.

- EQUIP Credits are generally applicable to yearly platform plans. However, some platforms may allow the use of credits for monthly or prepaid options, subject to availability and approval by Miyens. Specific terms will be provided per platform.

- EQUIP Credits may be used for discounts on services or expert online consultations, subject to availability.

- After the initial subscription term, renewals will be at standard pricing or via any available promo.

- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be resold or assigned to third parties.

- Miyens reserves the right to deny applications, revoke credits, or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, including but not limited to multiple signups by the same person or business using different identities.

- EQUIP Credits may not be split across unrelated or fictitious accounts. If multiple accounts are created, Miyens may require proof of business ownership and use-case validity.

Abuse Prevention Policy

To protect the integrity of the EQUIP Program, we implement the following safeguards:

Prohibited Behaviors:

- Creating multiple signups with different email addresses or business names to receive multiple credits.

- Attempting to resell or transfer EQUIP Credits to others without an official reseller agreement.

- Providing false or misleading business information.

How We Protect the Program:

- Monitoring for duplicate IPs, payment methods, or suspicious signups.

- Verifying business credentials or intent when necessary.

- Limiting credits to one per business or organization.

- Requiring legitimate use-case explanations for multiple accounts under the same business.

If any abuse is detected, Miyens reserves the right to deny applications, cancel credits, restrict access to future offers, and take any further action deemed necessary.
